Joe & Laurie Pacheco | Mexico

Joe and Laurie arrived in Mazatlan as newlyweds in July 1985 to help cover a small Bible study and prison ministry. They have now pastored in Mazatlan for over 20 years, leading one of the city’s most fruitful and influential congregations. They have pioneered drug and alcohol rehab centers and church plants in Mazatlan and other nearby cities as well as worked with an indigenous group, the Tepehuane Indians.

2019 PRAYER NEEDS:

1. Pray for greater spiritual maturity and provision for the needs of the believers in Elota, Urias, Camino (men’s rehabilitaion), Amapa, Bugambilias, and Centro.

2. Pray for the advancement of the gospel with the Tepehuane Indians and in the village of Quemado.

3. Pray for wisdom for our pastors and for us to lead the church into a deeper relationship with God, each other and His body.
