This mixed green salad is definitely my “go to” when it comes to bringing something to share or hosting friends for dinner. I love it because it’s always a hit and it’s super easy! A good combo! 🙂
I came up with the recipe by putting together some of my favorite flavors, tossing them in a delicious dressing and voila, Amanda’s Mixed Green Salad! I also gathered ideas from salads I’d had from other people or at restaurants I’d been to, and just made it my own.
Place your greens in the bowl. Slice the avocado and strawberries and put them into the bowl with the greens.
Crumble the goat cheese and toss it into the salad. Add the almonds.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the dressing. Toss and enjoy! 🙂
